Tabletop introduction rounds + Raffle
Members of the DTG will launch with the slogan "army of the undead" and "wights" in the Lord of the Rings tabletop game. Let the rules be explained, play yourself or admire the models. A tabletop is called a strategy game system, with miniature figures (they used to be from a tin alloy or made of paper cutouts, now mostly made of tin or plastic figures) is played on any surface (tabletop = "on the table"). The playing surface is often decorated with so-called pieces of terrain (hills, forests, ruins from model shops or even self built). Since  there are no traditional game boards and therefore no measurings are present, distances (movement or shooting ranges) are measured with a tape measure. The characters are mostly assembled from prefabricated kits and elaborately painted or purchased in the form of collectible figures. The tabletop can be classified in the field of conflict simulations.

In addition to the game on Saturday and Sunday we are giving away an attractive price from the game company Games Workshop!

Quiz with prizes!
On Saturday and Sunday you can attend the German Tolkien Society quiz. Test and prove your knowledge about Middle-earth and win prizes to do with Middle-earth!
